Beautiful bluebird start to the day here in Nozawa Onsen.
No new snow to report overnight and looking like a fairly nice and warm day on the slopes.
Yesterday was a glorious day by all reports with about 25cm of fresh and clear skies it was the best day we have had for a while. Good timing for the weekend crowd who quickly got in to the fresh powder.
The outlook is for more snow starting from tonight and set to fall all week not huge amounts but fairly consistent with temperatures set to drop. Should be a nice return to winter conditions at least for the for the top of the resort.
