Bluebird day at Nozawa!

Weather; clear! Bluebird day.

No fresh snow to report yet in the New Year, but we’ve had some fantastic bluebird days, and today is no different. The sun’s out and the temperatures are mild. There’s still some good snow coverage keeping the majority of our runs open. The terrain park is taking shape as of yesterday and so far has a rail, box and a small kicker.

This sunny scene looks like it should all change pretty soon! A nice storm should be settling over Nozawa to deliver us the goods from mid week. Temperatures will be dropping again and it looks like the snow’s going to stick around with snow predicted for every day from Tuesday onwards.
So make the most of the beautiful skies which are expected for today and tomorrow before the clouds begin to form and snow starts dumping…

Hope you all have a great day out on the slopes in this beautiful sunshine.
